3 Million HUF in Funding for Young Draughts Players to Compete Internationally

The Kállósemjéni Diákokért és Ifjakért Egyesület has been awarded HUF 3,000,000 in funding under the National Talent Programme’s NTP-NTMV-25-A grant category. The supported project ID is NTP-NTMV-25-A-0007, and its title is “Russian Draughts European Championship 2026 and the 46th Golden Prague International Draughts Tournament”.

The programme, implemented between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026, aims to support the professional development of our talented young draughts players and expand their international competition experience. Within the framework of the project, our competitors will participate in the Russian Draughts Youth European Championship in Turkey, as well as the 46th Golden Prague International Draughts Tournament in Prague.

These international competitions provide our young players with the opportunity to develop their strategic thinking, concentration, and competitive experience in a strong field, while also gaining valuable professional and community experiences.
