As part of the EACH project, we held another yoga session at our association.
Participants had the chance to step away from the rush of everyday life and focus inward in a calm and supportive environment, while strengthening both their body and mind.
The exercises focused on improving flexibility, posture, and raising awareness of breathing. By the end of the session, everyone left feeling recharged and relaxed.
