In April 2025, our organization participated in a special international learning program in Turkey with 8 adult learners and 1 accompanying person. During the "Digital literacy for well-being" yoga-based training, participants engaged not only in physical exercises but also in health monitoring processes supported by digital tools.
Our host partner, CEKDEV International Education & Development Academy, organized a complex program: alongside the basic practices of hatha, yin, and flow yoga, participants learned how to monitor their physical and mental condition using digital applications (such as YogaGo, HRV monitors, relaxation apps). Participants measured their heart rate variability daily, practiced relaxation and mindfulness techniques, and documented their personal progress in e-portfolios.
The program also focused on topics such as healthy nutrition, regeneration, and sleep quality, supported by the use of digital sleep monitoring devices. At the end of the week, each participant presented their own exercise sequence, showcasing their individual progress.
The mobility provided a unique experience and valuable knowledge for all participants, which they can apply both in their daily lives and within their communities.
