#Erasmus+Sport
As part of the Erasmus+ Sport project (title: "A New Community Sport - Kinball", contract number: 2023-1-HU01-KA182-SPO-000113269), 11 of us are participating in an intensive training at the Spanish Kin-ball Federation between October 16-25.
Today, in the morning, we had the opportunity to visit the Arab Baths, where we also enjoyed a wonderful exhibition. Afterwards, the girls tried on real flamenco dancer dresses, then we visited the park of the seminary. The park is huge and beautiful, with marvelous plants. It was a real pleasure to walk there.
After lunch, we went to Martos for a kin-ball training session. Here, we participated in a joint training and match with the beginner group's young students. It was a delight to see the youngest ones playing. We learned the techniques of the one-handed hit and sliding. The sliding didn't go so well yet, but we will practice it.
We spent the afternoon together with some members and leaders of the federation. We walked in the largest green park in Jaén. It had everything: a boating lake, playgrounds, green areas to sit, fitness workouts, bike paths, scooter and skateboard tracks, a huge fountain, and was full of families with children.
After the walk, we enjoyed cakes together and discussed possibilities for future collaboration.
