Chair yoga once again proved that movement belongs to everyone! The calm, gentle exercises refreshed both body and soul. Our older participants especially appreciated being able to engage in a form of movement that suits their age and physical condition – yet still brings real benefits. Shared breathing practices, light stretches, and lots of smiling moments made this session truly uplifting. Thank you all for joining – more sessions to come!
