Play4Peace – Integration Through Sports

The project's main goal is to effectively integrate young people with fewer opportunities through sports and games.

From June 20-25, our project was held in Nyírbátor with our Turkish and Romanian partner organizations. Unfortunately, our Slovak partners were unable to attend this time. During the project, participants gave short introductory presentations, sharing their organizations’ activities and personal experiences. This provided an opportunity for better mutual understanding and laying the foundations for future collaboration.

Following this, we worked in groups on various topics, such as refugee inclusion and social integration strategies. These interactive sessions led to many valuable ideas on how sports can promote inclusion. By the end of the program, participants created a shared motto that perfectly reflects the project’s goals: Together, we are stronger.

Such events offer great opportunities to gain new perspectives and draw inspiration for future projects.
