In the framework of the Erasmus+ Sport project "A new community sport - kinball" (contract number 2023-1-HU01-KA182-SPO-000113269 ) we travelled with 9 participants to Dortmund, Germany.

What could have been a better cardio workout on day 5 than climbing up the Cologne Cathedral tower, which involved 533 steps. I have to admit, by the time we descended everyone's legs were shaking.

We spent the day learning about history, traditions and culture. After breakfast, we travelled to Cologne where we visited the cathedral, the chocolate factory, walked along the Rhine and got involved in the Christmas markets. There was a fair in almost every square, but almost all had a different theme. The small stalls of the vendors were very tastefully designed to match the image of the town. Here you could find all the traditional dishes (even Hungarian lángos). Late in the evening, we returned to Dortmund to admire the world's largest Christmas tree in lights.
