3rd LTTA in Greece

2021.11.22-27 LTTA in Greece, Veroia The main theme of the LTTA was "Back to Nature." The students were introduced to the preparation of some hygiene products using natural ingredients. We also got to know 3 Greek recipes, we could see how they were made and we could examine the ingredients. During the meeting, the students presented the holidays and customs of their countries. We have visited many historic sites and discovered the commonalities of our past. We visited the local farmers market where we studied the local vegetables and fruits. We have also come across a number of salads that are rarely or not used at all with meals (okra, chard, nettle, artichoke, pagoda cauliflower and yellow cauliflower, etc.).
