The staff members and volunteers of our association took part in a special joint development process within the framework of an adult education programme. Draughts grandmaster and coach Konstantin Baltazhy provided professional support for the preparation of the young people participating in the programme. During the joint work, the participants analysed more complex game situations, became familiar with new tactical and strategic solutions, and received personalised feedback. During the sessions, particular emphasis was placed on conscious move planning, the analysis of competitive situations, and independent decision-making.
