Professional Training and Shared Development – Cooperation, Understanding and Growth

The staff members and volunteers of our association took part in a special joint development process within the framework of an adult education programme. During the programme, we worked together under the guidance of an external expert, who helped introduce new perspectives into our everyday operations.

Throughout the training, development exercises, conflict-management scenarios and group-dynamics activities supported the team in understanding one another better and working together in a more conscious and effective way.

These sessions were not only an opportunity for learning, but also a chance to strengthen our community and place our joint work on even more stable foundations.
