Day 3
Our third day was spent outdoors, on the beach. Here we focused on healthy living and the importance of physical activity. The main activities of the day included pilates and zumba on the beach. This active exercise not only helped our bodies, but also included learning about proper breathing techniques. While moving, we enjoyed the sound of the sea's roar and waves, which put us in a kind of meditative state. Some of the braver participants even ventured into the still slightly chilly water for a swim. This experience not only recharged our batteries, but also brought us closer to nature and to each other. A day that moved both body and soul, and made our time at the beach a memorable one.
