Bicycle Tour | Community Experience | Talent Development

On June 25, 2026, we organised a bicycle tour within the framework of project NTP-TEHETSEG-25-0149.

The aim of the programme was to provide the participating children and young people with a community-based, experience-oriented activity alongside the professional and development sessions. The bicycle tour offered a good opportunity for physical activity, recreation, paying attention to one another and strengthening cooperation as a team.

For us, talent development means not only preparation for competitions and skills development, but also providing community experiences that support children’s and young people’s self-confidence, perseverance, sense of responsibility and connection with one another.

During the tour, the participants spent their time actively, completed the route together and gained another positive experience. Programmes like this contribute to keeping children and young people motivated, strengthening their sense of belonging to the community and ensuring that the learning and development process is accompanied by meaningful experiences.
