Children’s Day with the AktionKlub Youth

This year, the young people of AktionKlub also took an active role in the Children’s Day programmes, making the day even more colourful with creative activities, group games, and support in organising and running the event.

The children could take part in various arts and crafts activities, where they were free to use their imagination while the young people helped and supported them in creating their works.

The programme is closely connected to the objectives of AktionKlub, as the project strongly encourages young people to take an active role in local community life, participate in the organisation and implementation of events, and contribute their own ideas to local programmes. The responsibilities of the Youth Ambassadors outlined in the project also include organising events, involving local young people, and strengthening community participation.

Such occasions also provide young people with opportunities to develop their communication, cooperation, and organisational skills while building connections with younger members of the community and their families.
