Family Awareness | Shared Experiences | Talent Development
An important part of talent development work is ensuring that not only children and young people take part in the programmes, but that families also become more closely involved in the process that supports the participants’ development.
During the programme aimed at raising awareness among families, parents were also given an insight into the community and development activities. Being present together, playful tasks, conversations and shared experiences helped families better understand the role of talent development, as well as how important perseverance, attention, cooperation and regular practice are in children’s development.
It is particularly important to us that parents are involved in the process not as external observers, but as supportive partners. Family background, encouragement and an accepting environment contribute greatly to helping young people participate more confidently in sessions, competitions and community programmes.
The programme provided a good opportunity for children, young people and their family members to share positive experiences together, strengthen trust and build even closer relationships between participants, parents and the community.
Thank you to the families for their participation and supportive presence.
The programme was implemented within the framework of project NTP-TEHETSEG-25-0149.
