Erasmus+ Adult Learning grant project 2023-1-HU01-KA121-ADU-000114582, we participated in a preparatory visit, cooperation meeting and exchange of experiences in Puerto de la Cruz, Spain, from 5 to 8 November. The theme was around mental health and well-being, which provided us with many interesting ideas and good practices, looking forward to further cooperation opportunities.
