Project Closing, Evaluation and Sustainability
An important phase of AktionKlub has come to an end.
The closing event of the “AktionKlub: Take Action, Stand Up for Your Community!” project provided an opportunity to review the programmes we implemented together, evaluate our experiences, and plan how to continue in the future.
During the meeting, the young people looked back together on the events of the past period, discussed the experiences and skills they had gained, and explored how the community, cooperation, and initiatives developed during the project could be sustained in the longer term. This is closely linked to the project’s objective of strengthening young people’s active community participation, cooperation, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
A special part of the event was recognising those young people who successfully completed their secondary school leaving examinations or obtained their university degrees during this period. We congratulated them on their achievements, perseverance, and active involvement in the community with certificates and awards.
For us, the end of the project does not mean the end of our work together. One of the most important results of AktionKlub is the community of young people that has developed – a community capable of generating ideas, organising programmes, cooperating, and actively contributing to community life in Kállósemjén.
We would also like to use the experiences and feedback collected during the final evaluation when planning future youth programmes, so that the initiatives and community connections created during the project can continue even after its completion.
