After a rather difficult night, we set off for our next destination, as our patient had a fever all night. We just made it to the station, but on the train he got a fever again, which was very difficult for him, as the climate was not very good for him. Unfortunately, we had to part with him in Milan, as his parents had come to pick him up, so that he could recover in proper conditions. In the afternoon we checked into our accommodation and set off to explore the city. Our first stop was, of course, the Duomo in Milan, which was a wonderful sight to see, as the building was bathed in beautiful sunshine. After that, we went to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping street, where we tried our luck at the bull pumpkin, as anyone who turns around three times with their eyes closed will be very lucky. We spent this evening doing a bit more sightseeing and walking around.
