You FuTuRe – Kick-off Meeting Held in Sorgun

The kick-off meeting of the “Protect Your Future with Disaster Awareness” (You FuTuRe) project was successfully held from April 8 to 11, 2025, in Sorgun, Turkey, hosted by the project leader SORGED.

Arrival: April 8

Working days: April 9–10

Departure: April 11

During the meeting, partners reviewed key aspects of project management, including the definition of roles, responsibilities, and timelines. They also thoroughly discussed the activities within each Work Package to ensure a smooth and coordinated start to the implementation phase.

The discussions were productive and took place in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, helping to lay the foundation for strong collaboration between partners. In line with the project’s budget guidelines, each partner organization was represented by two delegates.

The project is now officially underway – working together to protect our future!
